Never having met the Johnston children or read about them in anything but Steve's columns, I also enjoyed their brief comments in the introduction about the fame associated with being Steve's kids. The pacing is deceptively thoughtful rather than slow. The story takes you through from the QC being given his instruction, right through to the verdict. I noticed this because I do a lot of HTML formatting for kindle and I know exactly what is going on with the coding to cause the anomalies. Plot had a lot of potential. Reviewing the evidence found in traditions and footprints, folklore and sightings, the authors of this groundbreaking volume present for the first time in one place the wide-ranging argument for the possible survival of a giant species of primate that we know lived on Earth for millions of years. Well researched and great application of logic.
